My first day in NYC I witnessed a hilarious yelling contest between two motorists to see who could say "douche bag" more times. I thought a fight was going to break out, but both parties seemed satisfied with the name calling and drive off.:thumbsup:

Looks like there were two of those things. Both have red and black. The flasher must be the skinny silver one though. Anyone know what the little brass colored ones are?

On my 72 satellite that angled connector goes to a little can that looks to be a flasher perhaps.

I was in 4th grade "math lab" with Mrs. Fontas. I remember we were watching the launch, probably because of the teacher onboard, and I didn't totally get it but could tell the teacher was way upset. I probably wouldn't remember the math lab or the teacher otherwise but I will never forget now.

Yeah, digikey isn't the most user friendly site although they do provide plenty of data. Maybe an automotive specific site would be better. That way maybe they have sorted through all that stuff already and categorized them per application. Sorry I don't know where.

Er, yes it does matter if they are on a relay. In that case, the switch just tells the relay what to do, the switch doesn't carry the current. Correct me if I am wrong, it has been a while since my degree in electrical engineering.
