ok guys... thank you for ur input! but in i still dont know if the tube/stick will work ON THE FLUID LEVEL of a 1964 small block trans. i need to know that the dipstick will ready the correct fluid level. i'd rather not burn this brand new trans. thanks!!!

are the transmission fill tubes for the 62-65 small block transmissions different then other years or are they somewhat interchangeable? thanks

As the title says, i need a dipstick and tube and inspection plate for my transmission. The trans i have is a '64 small block variant. I do not know what other year/engine dipsticks are compatible if at all. Thanks.
