Thanks for the comments! Yeah, i like that gear drive sound, but i don´t know yet, when that whining gets annoiyng. Cheap one is easier to throw away and put chain again.. maybe i´ll invest some money to buy that Milodon or Pete Jackson gear set to my 489 stroker, and 383 will go with chain

Thank you guys! I was in contact with Brewers, they told me to use shifter SM4076A, product number, but anyway i need to modify something. I ordered some control levers and linkages from ebay, which should work on my car, time will tell. I try, if i get my existing shifter work.

My mounts are just like that, in a 62-65 thread "she looks crooked to me" . I think it the engine sits right, and ancled..:eek:

Can you someone who has big block in 62-65 take a picture of the motor mounts? i know that 62 is somehow different. Pictures would help. :thumbsup:

The engines in these pictures, poly and the big block, they are not parallel to the centerline of the car?

This engine was in the car before, but the engine brackets were homemade, welded and full of holes. Now i think i have the correct ones, isolators and big block brackets.

Hello from Finland! Are these motor mounts right? I have heard, that early b-motors are more off-centered than the later ones, but is it really supposed to be That crooked? The oil pan (699) is practically in touch to k-member, but nevermind of that, new oil pan is coming later, that shoud fit...
