What’s the purpose of those indents on the Plymouth part?

I just saw this old thread after posting my own. Did everyone here install the Plymouth part on a Dodge without issue?

Do you know if it’s the same between Plymouth and dodges?

Does anyone know if the deck filler panel on a 71 Charger is the same as a Plymouth? Mine is thin and spotty. Probably salvageable. But would be faster and easier to replace. I can only find the Plymouth one. I’ve read it’s essentially the same just some notches that got to get filled...

Title says it all. Curious if anyone has a good rear deck filler panel. Mine is salvageable, but is a bit thin in places and will probably be more work to fix than replace. Thanks

Yeah it’s funny. The new ones I have, have a lot less holes. Here’s my new ones.

I have 71 E body ones. But it has holes that mine doesn’t, and mine has holes that the e body ones don’t. So I don’t know.

I bumped up an old tread that was on the firewall for the same question. But figured I’d get straight to it in its own. Does anyone happen to have pictures of the inner fenders to determine which holes are factory and what they’re for? My old ones have a bunch of holes drilled in them and...

Thanks man. I try hard to be accurate because I know I’ll hear it if miss something lol. I had people get pissed because the way I pronounced Chrysler lol. Yeah I have to stream line them a bit because people won’t sit through a long one.
