    That’s it. The hole in the fiberglass housing is worn excessively. If I can get a picture of where the hole Should be. I can repair with fiberglass and maybe a small plate imbedded with a hole. I will then post my repair.

    I rebuilt my air box on a 72 charger SE with A/C. The spring for the fresh air door is Worn out into a large slot. Can somebody post a pic of correct hole placement for the spring, so I can repair and install correctly. thanks in advance Moparians!

    Different door jamb switch sizes?

    No one makes the larger door switches 1/4 pipe tap. You can however get them with the smaller 1/8 pipe tap. What I did was use a pipe reducer 1/4 outside and 1/8 inside. I cut off the 1/4 threads and was left with a hex head with 1/8 pipe threads inside. I drilled out the door jam switch hole...
