Measuring from the side of the base that faces the motor I got 2.265'' on the front center and 1.696" on the rear center.

The A12 Road Runner in the photo I posted come from the factory with the blue interior. It can not be your dads car unfortunately. Good luck with your search though!

It's called AVS2

That's not a AVS 2 in that link. When I talked to Edelbrock this summer they said that the 800 would be out in the fall. I guess they're a little behind.

I replaced the factory Holley 4160 with a Edelbrock AVS2 carb and I love it. I haven't driven it enough to know if the mpg has improved.

Hi, do you have carb #s 4392(auto), 4393 & 4394? The later the date codes, the better.
