That era cars are infamous for vacuum related issues.
I spent countless hours chasing those on my '86 Daytona turbo...and it was "only" 4 years old at the time.
I have bow sets from 2 cars.
The ends appear to be color coded, but I don't know which color end goes in which position.
I would think test fitting should eliminate which one is way too long or short in each location.

FL just raised the age of "antique" cars eligible for special plates from 25 to 30.
...2 months before my 2000 Dakota could have got them.
FL has zero restrictions on use of vehicles with antique plates.
Those plates do save about 15 bucks a year vs standard plates.
