Is this Super Bee B-5 blue?

Hard to tell. The initial screen shot made me think Q5 before I started the video.

I'd guess it is B-5. It gets lighter on a sunny day.

Just talked to an older Mopar fanatic. He told me each year the "B5" blue got lighter or darker. He said the term "B5" was started by #'s matching creeps
 
could be any of 3 colors. Hard to tell with camera lighting. If you want your car to look like what you see here, it's probably not B5. Looks more like the turquoise color to me.
 
Colors did vary by year. A4 Silver in 69 Plymouth was more of gray and is not the same as 68 which was much more of a silver color

I once owned a 69 Q5 Coronet RT. That appears to be the same color ( Q5 ) to me
