Here is a disassembled 3 speed wiper motor, the cast base has a mounting lug broken. I got it with a parts car this way, some of the parts should be good to someone..

Would this satisfy a restorer as a core? And could/would you assemble it for that purpose? I'm in need of a working one - new or restored. Everyone wants a core. I don't have one.
