64 Polara Bulkhead & engine harness connectors

Hey Guys..... Looking to replace my engine harness and bulkhead dash connectors for my 64 Polara. Was wondering which is the best place to get them. Note : I'm not looking for an entire wiring harness....I just want to replace the connectors themselves....I've been told the '64 is a one year only bulkhead and replacements just are not out there, so I have to replace it with a 66-67 model meaning I have to cut a bigger hole in my firewall (not much...only 1/2-5/8") ....or...dig one out of a junkyard 64 Dodge.... suggestions??

There's been quite a few readers of your post (myself included) but no replies as of this morning. I've been waiting for someone here with more knowledge than myself on this topic to send you some sort of specific answer to your question, but since that hasn't happened I'll chime in with my 2 cents re wiring in general since I'm a 64 Polara owner too.

My Polara restoration isn't ready for wiring and bulkhead connectors just yet, but eventually I'll get there. One piece of advice I can pass along to you is to don't skimp when it comes to wiring. The wiring for our cars when they were brand new wasn't all that much to begin with, and I seriously doubt the Chrysler electrical engineers back then thought these cars would be around in 2015. When you add up the age of the wiring and 50 years of heat and other factors, I think you'd be doing yourself a big favor if you replaced as much of the old harnesses as possible, not just the harness connectors.

An electrical engine fire could result in the total loss of your car, and that's something none of us would want on a fellow hobbyist to suffer.
