I finally got my Electric Life power window regulator conversion kit installed. I was surprised they work so well. One problem, though, is when they go down they stop about 1 inch too soon. They stop right at the top when going up, though.

I don't see a down stop like the manual regulators. Do these have a down stop adjustment?

I saw another post that said the Nu Relics don't have down stops, either.

Welcome to the "club"...I am in the last stage of installing a Kit from Nu-Relics in my 70 RR Convertible......still have the driver's side rear quarter to do......I know you will have to make your own stops for the rear (or at least I will have to)...was at Lowe's yesterday and found some promising "L" brackets in the hardware section and some large rubber pads at a local hardware store,,,thinking of putting a couple of the "L" brackets in with a rubber pad to stop the rears at the correct low point. Not sure about the doors yet. I do remember seeing a posting about someone else who drilled some holes in a set of Nu-Relics regulators to make stops.

I saw that post; the guy drilled and tapped the regulator and placed a screw in the hole to make a down stop.
