Just saw a low deck intake, dual quad on C List in Andover, Maine. Sounds like a factory one, these are pretty rare I think. Winters foundry. If anybody is interested, check it out.

I have a Offy, same manifold

Insamely priced items. If you find a tumel ram check real close for housing crackes.

I just sold a factory dual quad intake this summer for $1,000. Did I sell it good or did the buyer get a good buy? Mine included the factory carbs

Do you have a tunnel ram for a 400? I'm looking.

See them at Spring and Fall Fling in Van Nuys. Usually priced around $400. I sold a low deck Duel 4 manifold last year for $350. I've had my manifold for sale at $250 but nobody seems interested. Nice thing about some of these manifolds is you can run Holleys back to back.

I can't seem to find it on C list in Maine. Can you help me?

So...just for my own knowledge base, are you guys saying there was a dual-four setup offered by the factory (besides hemis?) If so what did they come on...or am I misunderstanding..thanks

If I remember correctly in the late 1950's Dodge had a Model D-500 that one could get with a 361 with dual-quads, as well as a 383 with dual-quads. Both non-hemi engines.

Ok thanks! I shoulda known it would have been on the old-timey stuff...

I'm thinking these dual quad set ups came on the 1962 383, does anyone know if is this correct?

Yes.

No, the 62 383 was a B. According to the story I have they were special order. They are listed on the NHRA Spec's Sheets. Also when you order at O'Riellys there is a drop down selection that has a selection for 383 with a 4 barrel or 2-4 barrels. On the NHRA sheet they are listed at 343 HP. I think it is the same manifold that the Dodge D-500's (in the late 50's) on the 361 B Block.
This write up is by a guy Named Ben Danhof (sp) in Florida. He was an old Pro Stock Racer.

That's interesting, because it looks like they also came with the same type ex manifolds that the cross ram max wedge set ups had.

Part of a 383 B wedge package in the mid/early 60s. Not the best performers but they look cool. That seller is about 15 minutes from me if the map is right.
