I have a set of Wilwood brakes to mount on my 63 Sport Fury but unfortunately, I have the larger bearing spindles from 73 and up and my kit won't work. When I bought the car a few years ago, the previous owner told me the disc brakes he used were from a 70 b body so when I ordered my kit, that's what I told Wilwood. My inner wheel bearing is 1.25" to fit the 70 style spindle.

OK, this may be a really stupid question.....but is it possible to just put the larger '73 inner wheel bearings into the rotors you have? MANY years ago I put on the 73-76 A-body spindles and the '73 rotors on my '70 Roadrunner and I can't remember all the details.

It is possible however the bearing seal that is required is also a larger diameter and too large to fit the Wilwood hub. Believe me, I have looked at ever possible solution but I do appreciate your help. Thanks!

I see many kits use the drum spindle. If you can use them I have a set from my 68.

couple! Wagonman, I'm not sure how you would attach the calipers but I'll look into 5hat. Thanks very much for your input.

Lets wait to see if 70 RR can use them first. Took these off my 68 comes with cleaned and painted backing plates, nice original 11in shoes, new cyls, hardware, hoses and standard 11in drums, bearings and seals. will part out.

wagonman, thanks but I cvan't use them. I appreciate the thought though.

You want factory disc brakes spindles?
I just bought a set of factory drum spindles to do the big wilwood kit , the smaller kit goes on the disc brake spindles .
Can you send me the kit number you have and I'll ask the wilwood dealer here in town. If it's how I think it is I won't need mine and you need my take off s ,witch arnt needed after I up grade everything!
Pm me and let me know

Hi Bill, thanks but I'm going to go a different route and do some machining on my wilwood hubs. Thanks for your response. Just in case it doesn't work, what do you want for the spindles?
