Hello all,
New to the forum, but long time Mopar fan. I have been a fan of Mopar muscle (and Durangos) since I was a teenager, specifically B and E bodies. My interest started with Muscle Car Review, Car Craft, Mopar Muscle and of course the mystique of the Hemi! The first car I really fell in love with was a 1971 GTX, as memory recalls, it was Winchester Grey, black vinyl top, black buckets with slap stick auto. Car was immaculate (this was in 1985, in Golden Colorado) and unfortunately it sold before I could get the funds together (takes a while to get $3500 when you are making $3.25/hr.). Soon I will be in a position to add a Mopar muscle car (I currently own a nice '17 Dodge Durango GT, and a very built 2012 Shelby GT500), and I am leaning heavily towards a 71/72 Roadrunner or GTX, hopefully in Winchester Grey! I look forward to learning from you all, and hope to have a car to share and build into my ideal resto- mod boulevard bruiser soon.
