69 Super bee 383 fender emblem question

I have 2 of the 383 4 barrel Fender emblems that came with my bee basket case and the metal finish is pretty nice but the black paint on the edges is mostly missing. Is that flat or gloss black. Rattle can? I may be over thinking this. Not sure if its worth the trouble.

Would be satin/semi.. I have four OE/NOS out in the shop, I'll try to remember to look at them tomorrow.

I know I am about a month or more late on this but doesn't all Super Bee's have the 383 Magnum name plates and not the 4 barrell name plates?

1969 Super Bee used the 383 Four Barrel fender emblem and the 1970 model used 383 Magnum fender emblem.........and I've never understood why.
