1970 Plymouth GTX the evolution or....

one more unexpected problem. 15 was ok but the 16’s did not have a hole in it for lubrication

70 is my favorite year and have always loved body color wheels ,with ski I agree number 3:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Nice. I am glad to see you are having some fun with it, that IS what it is all about ,isn't it??

Original pic is amazing.
Post #3 pic also very very nice, more "menacing" kick *** get down w/business, and I DEFINITELY like the addition of the A12 hood. JMO, have fun with it!
I'm a big fan of the 70 N96 hood, but the latest induction setup you have is GNARLY GREAT!
I got to where I'm such a fan of 17" aluminum Rallye wheels that I want to see if I can get a pair widened and offset when I get wheel tubs.
These 9"w x 17" rear wheels came w/5" backspacing and w/stock wheel tubs, 315/35/17s fit perfectly with NO rubbing!

Looks sweet!
Piston skirts look short, stroker motor?
More info on the induction setup please!
The Hemi in BlaspHemi has EFI stacks, and the circular air filters at the top of each stack were HUGELY restricting air flow, over 150 horsepower down on a 6XX HP at the wheels engine!! Your air filters don't look as potentially restrictive, but it looks like they were removed for the dyno. EFI went WAY lean once the BlaspHemi had the filters removed.
:popcorn2::popcorn2::popcorn2:

It made 552 hp at 5400 rpm and 651 lb-ft with out filters max torque at 3000 rpm
With filters it made 543 at 5100 and 643lb-ft at 3000 rpm
So yes air filters do restrict it but it`s not so bad.
It is a 505 strocker 4.35 bore and 4.25 stroke.

I am not a purist and like to modify the car.
Especially if back to "Pure" is highly improbable. In fact. I target purchase of cars that are not numbers matching. (Nobody can possibly like paying those purist prices.) All so I have options?

We all have the dream of "Little old lady and her low mileage survivor." But then I wake up. Get dressed. And back to "You know what would be cool to do?"

Very cool! But the new engine is still boring. :poke:

It looks like the same color scheme as the Warlock these were commissioned for.

I'm just messing with you on the pokey stick tease. Your ride looks great!

Well, when I still enjoyed NFL football, living most of my life in New Orleans, my grandmother bringing me to Saints games since I was too young to know what the guys on the field were doing, through the years when we had a paper bag on our heads to hide our identity the team was that bad. That same era the paper airplanes fans would fly inside the Superdome actually got louder, more sustained applause and cheers if they stayed aloft a long time...
We suffered through some many years of misery...and close, heartbreaking losses...
But the ULTIMATE REDEMPTION was the way the Saints won the Superbowl, and I'd like to believe just about everyone was a Saints fan that day!
I'm mentioning all that because of the Black and Gold themes!

Also, my 1979 Aspen R/T that I ordered from the factory, E58 "police" 360 4bbl had the Black paint with Gold "strobe stripes"...like this:

I even put Centerlines on it, because it was the early 80s and I had it since new.:bananadance:
