I’m still waiting for the shop manual to arrive for my 1972 satellite wagon I recently bought.
The horns are not working and the previous owner said the horns haven’t worked in years.
Tomorrow I’m going to start trouble the horns and repair them.
Can anyone tell me where the horn relay is located on a 72 satellite wagon?
I’m also open to any horn troubleshooting tips.

Start with the horns. unplug them, then jump them to 12V to see if they toot
Next check power at the horn harness
Last check ground at steering column horn ring

not sure on relay loc/info for a 72

But me be no expert in this :poke:

Horns are also adjustable. There is a dollop of silicone on each horn. Underneath is a set screw. You can turn it in and out to adjust tone and volume. Sometimes they're just ganked up and need a nudge to start the driver vibrating again.
