Hey guys,
I thought I was getting wrapped up on my hellcat swap, but I have an issue I'm not sure how to fix.
I installed the hellcrate complete wiring harness, pcm, pedal, etc. (Hind sight I would have put a holley terminator in it) I got everything wired up and the car starts and runs, albeit very poorly, but I cannot connect to the pcm with anything.
I took it to the dealer to hook up with the witech 2.0 tool to do the pedal learn, etc. But their tool wouldn't connect. I brought it home and tried to pull the tune out of the pcm to send it off to hptuners, but my computer and rtd won't connect to it either. I did get Vector CANoe to connect to it and show that there were messages being sent(which is weird). I checked the pin out for the obd2 connector and it all seems correct.
I noticed today that the can bus interface device doesn't have a green led light like it is supposed to when it is powered on. It flashes a red light 5 times and then goes off. I double checked all of the grounds and went though all of the wiring again, but I can't find anything. Has anyone else had this problem?
