If anyone knows of a reasonably priced set of used Rocker Moldings for a 67 R/T, let me know & how much. Russell

I know at one time classic industries sold new reproduction ones ?

Thanks. They do but they are pretty expensive. All my trim isn't perfect so a used set would be fine.

'66 Coronet 500, '66-'67 Charger are all the same as '67 R/T.

I do have a friend that has a set off a 66 Charger but not the best shape. Think he wants 50$ but again shipping.....??? and in a long tube.

Thank you all for the ideas & options. Since the paint and body guy has some other things to go back and do, I'm just going to have him smooth out the lower rocker sections and paint. I know it's not 100% stock not having the rocker trim but it looks OK to me.

Thank you. Taking it back to the paint shop tomorrow for a few things and I've decided I'll just have that smoothed out and filled in under the doors. Yeah it's not 100% stock but it looks OK to me if they're not on there.

That's fine. Your car. Make it your style. However, I would leave the holes for a while. You may change your mind. I have had several friends think the same as you then decide to go with the rocker mouldings.

I think the moldings really work on these cars. There is so little side "flash" on the R/T, other than the door handles. It ties the wheel well moldings together. Mine:

Agree, and the only other side bling there was is the quarter panel mouldings that would go in the scalloped sections behind the door. In the 1966 books as an option but rarely seen on the Charger.

Thank you for the info and images. They look good that's for sure.

I think those quarter panel moldings were standard trim on 1966 Coronet 500. Never available on Charger or '67's.

They were for the 66 Chargers but usually added on at the dealership. Can see them in the 1966 Hemi and Charger supplement manual book.
