What are the correct finishes/colors for leaf springs, hangers, brackets, u-bolts, shackles, bolts etc. for a `70 road runner, St Louis built?

I believe all that stuff was just plain ol’ bare steel. Springs were dipped in black.

In the members restoration threads, there are a couple of stickies that will give you the answer if you dig through them. One is by dadsbee and the other by Moparnation74.

Thanks, I did a search but didn`t find what I needed, I`ll check out those threads.

I have also seen leaf springs in bare steel as well. Most seem to be black but it’s one of those parts depending on who was supplying them for the week they could have been bare steel as well. If you have your originals look very close for any left over traces of black anywhere. If there is absolutely none to be found anywhere then there’s a good possibility that they could have been bare.
