Tell me about the 'Pinto' lol
I swear, I looked through all the pictures and the only comment (in my head) was, "wow, you don't see many Pintos these days". Then I scrolled down, saw your comment, and felt less embarrassed about my Ford thoughts.

A buddy of mine put a very warmed up 289 (probably a 302) into a Pinto and it ran pretty dang good. Don't remember the ET's but it was a street killer to say the least. That was in the mid/late 70's when guys were doing crazy stuff with street legal cars! Heck, my basically stock 15.0 second 66 Bastfact Mudstain was holding it's own on the street was but was nothing compared to these guys!

There's also a Ford Maverick in the pics as well.

Back in the mid 80s there was a blown purple Vega in town l remember seeing.

First thing I looked at was the pinto, and zoomed in the motor compartment looking for a small block V8. Friend in the early 80s had a 289. Fast car.

someone around here has a perfect survivor Pinto..... I see it every now and then

I used to think that too but then I seen that there are at least 3 other ones around, with the blue and brown ones being the most recent….

Hey Eric, that's correct the show was up in Waterbury and l saw Ralph.

The poor guy must have been dying in it and so many little kids were scared of him.

He didn't bring the car but thanks for posting as that's really cool!
