Looks like it might be correct on the mileage based on the brake pedal wear.
Under the hood it's pretty dirty though?
13,000 is extremely low.
Power steering, manual brakes (but it looks like a GM master cylinder?)
Downsides: small block and column shift.
Very nice car I love red.
