3M panel bond will fix it, rough the bonding surface a bit clean it really well and it will never come off again.
How in the H did I break this?

I've tacked heat shields clamps back on for Harleys before, yeah there's a little hot spot afterwards, but it's so small no one sees it unless you point it out. Tack it back on and see, worst case scenario, you gotta try something else. It's just a car.

You would have to grind the chrome off and tin it first, whether or not it turns rainbow blue I dunno

Yes 8115 will do the trick. Make sure to prep
