I had a problem with them shipping the wrong parts about 10 years ago. They would never reply to emails, never answer the phone. Had to fight with my CC company, who was also not able to get any response from them, to get my money refunded. Fast forward to 2025, im looking at their website for a part, emailed them several times, called them. Seems nothing has changed. I hope its not just me. Who else is having problems with them? How are they still in business??

About 15 years ago I phoned to order some stuff, gave my credit card number. Probably arrived around two weeks later. Which was quite normal getting things across the border.

Define "business".

Because the definition of business is rather diverse, as this example seems to indicate?

I had the same problem with them years ago. I bought some items from them at their booth at car shows, but, trying to get ahold of them on the phone or online was hopeless. Haven't tried since as I was able to find other sources of the same parts.

I ordered a 62 Plymouth instrument cluster pad several years ago from them. It lasted all of 2 days in AZ before it fell apart. Took 2 months to get my money back from them. Haven't and won't order from them ever again.

A couple years ago I ordered front and rear door panels from legendary, for my 67 hardtop coronet from them. They had the best shipping charges. Had to wait about 6 months for them. When I got them, the rear door panels were for a convertible. Tried to call them call them several times. When I finally got through to them, they said they would mail me a pre-paid shipping label, send them back and they would send me the correct panels. Waited about two weeks, never received the shipping label. Started calling again, after several days of calling, got through to them. Sounded like the same guy, he told they don't send prepaid shipping labels, that I would have to send them the part back and when they got them they would send the correct part. I asked for a RMA #, he said no need a RMA # . I didn't send it back, wrote it off as a lessoned learned. Never ordered another part from them again.

I had to chime in here. I had such ridiculously bad service from "Moparts", I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Six emails, numerous calls, and I never heard from anyone at that company. Obviously, they could care less about their customers. If they had the last good part for my car on earth, I would not be interested!

I've bought stuff from them on occasion over the years and never had an issue.

YMMV

I always looked forward to seeing them at spring fling and fall fling. Always walked into their area and spent more than I planned to, but they had so much stuff I needed at decent prices. Now they haven’t showed up there in a few years. I’ve tried to call to order stuff, never answer the phone. It seems like they paid their dues going to the shows (mats included) to build a customer base only to leave us disappointed now with customer no service. Maybe someone there is dealing with health issues?
