Years ago I caught a raccoon in my live tender trap and didn't have time that evening to take him to the nature preserve that's down the road a piece. He had water and some food but the next morning he pulled the trap apart enough to get out lol.
Lesson learned... don't mess with

Whats the problem with the turkeys?
They can be uber aggressive...but they taste great on Thanksgiving. So, things balance out.
The funny part is, get out of the cities and there’s a lot of timber everywhere! Luv timber.
