I need some photos of the rear and side view of a 1966 or 1967 Dodge Charger showing the placement of the dual tailpipes. I think mine are positioned too low. Thanks!

One of the two.

I looked thru the BaT archives trying to find something for you but it seems like not a lot of Didges are running OEM style tailpipes. This R/T is pretty much what I think looks correct - certainly no lower than this.

For what’s worth this is my 66 Satellite with Accurate exhaust that I tried to keep the tailpipes sucked high enough on. I think a lot of installers don’t take advantage of the vertical adjustment in the hangers and let the mufflers and tailpipes hang to low.

I recently put new exhaust on my 66. Accurate Exhaust. The hangers are said to be like original and look like what is in the FSM. But what I do not like is the tail pipe hangers that are problematic to get installed and to get both pipes at the correct height. And they show from a distance. At some point I will paint them black. Right now they are the shiny part you can see below the bumper. Also I had to bend down one pipe coming off the driver side exhaust manifold. Was not bent correctly even though the supplier denies that. They will work and are good quality but you may need a 2x4 handy. Mine is a 383 engine.
