I remember ages ago as a teenager watching WKRP in Cincinnati with my buddy fawning over her, and he told me he'd read Loni was actually a brunette but bleached her hair blond as she was "too bizarre looking" with dark hair to be considered for roles as an actress/model. If that's true, changing hair color did the trick for her!
