Does anyone have the quantity, type, and location of the brake line clips that are welded to the rear axle? I have 1 that's currently in place and what looks like 2 other locations where they "may have been" at one time. I'm going to remove the diff and axles for rebuilding/replacing bearings. I plan to replace (weld) any missing brackets while it's empty and before it's blasted & painted (possibly powder coated).

Bonus points if you know where I can buy the brackets :)

Thanks in advance for any information!
Ross

Jamie at Mega Parts has them, looks like 4 of them for $15.

Another possible clip location on pumpkin and another close-up of the one remaining clip.

If anyone has a survivor and a has a couple pics, please share. Since I have nubs where they might have been, just confirming location and style. If they all look like my one remaining, I'll hunt for them.

I can get you pics of my 70 when I get off of work.

There are three. One near each spring perch and one at the top of the housing. Mine is up against a wall so kinda hard to get behind it.

I don't have that one right above the perch. Looks like maybe a spot of welding slag on yours.. The U-bolts is right next to it.

I was thinking it was welding slag, but this one on the passenger side of the pumpkin looks different than yours - right?

Or was that end piece supposed to be bent back over the brake line? IIRC the brake line was running under that piece and held again the axle.
