Let’s See Some Pictures of those 1975-1979 B Bodies

How about a video?

The G C Spencer NASCAR Dodge Magnum #49

This is about the #49 Dodge Magnum that veteran NASCAR independent GC Spencer raced until his retirement. The car is currently in its 5th owners hands now in Flordia after spending its time in North Carolina. I hope you enjoy this little video/documentary of this piece of NASCAR history as we believe only 3/4 of these NASCAR Magnums have survived.

Some people prefer the earlier (pre-1978) Cordoba model years with the round headlights. The B engine (400 cid) was an option.

The '77-'78 Fury & Monaco A38 package cars with a 440 sometimes show up for sale. Fairly nice looking car for the era.
I love it. Always loved those and especially because of the E58! Great engine.

That body style you're referring is either a Plymouth Fury or a Dodge Charger Sport. The Charger SE was a Cordoba look-alike, while the Charger Sport was a Fury look-alike. Introduced in 1975 in the B-body line. I don't recall if the Charger Sport model lasted after 75.
76 was the last year for the Charger Sport.

Charger, fury, roadrunner, cordoba, coronet, monaco, ... aren't all just Furys!!!

Talk about a scarce model
I worked at a Dodge dealer in the 70's. 90% of all Chargers 1975-1977 were the SE version on the lot.
Very few Charger Sports or the base Charger body style were on the lot. This was in the rust belt of southwestern Pa.
I mention that because my neighbor bought a base Charger and the front fenders rusted thru within the first year.
Her base Charger was as plane jane as you can get with only a am radio and power steering.
Today I bet it is hard to find a base Charger. P.S. my brother bought a SE for my Dad in 75. I hated the looks as the 1974 style was a much better looking car.
But the looks grew on us and it was a great car.It also was Zebart rust proofed. The second owner around 1982 totaled it.
