What’s everyone using to touch up or restore the chrome edges and face plates on their gauge clusters? Is there a specific paint code or color?

So I have experience with both. The revell Paint and the Molotov Pen.
The Molotov is really nice for Letters etc on the Panel (you dont have this on the 64 but on my 62 it was really helpful)
For everything bigger as letters I prefer the revell chrome paint
But the chrome paint needs to be the last step of procedure of your repainting, because its really soft, even after weeks and when you want to mask it to spray another area, forget it
Its also really really "liquid" during spraying. So its difficult to use it. You need one Layer of the chrome spray (a second layer will destroy the result) and when you spray to much you destroy also your result. So hint from my side, try it on other things first (but one can of this is really enough for much area, so no problem for some try shots first)

So procedure is, to restore or paint all other areas first beside of the chrome area
Little bit sanding (really fine) is also good for the paint
Then mask everything whats not need to be chrome really really good (according to the liquid charecteristic of the revell paint)
For difficult areas you can use also liquid mask from RC car hobby section (where they use it to mask their body shells)

The spray only one layer and let it for min. 24h

But it works, I will send later pictures of mine
