Chrysler Turbine shout out

The OP missing interesting video stated that Chrysler was the first to experiment with Turbine automotive engine power starting in the mid 50's? Not sure how accurate that is, but the video also had a number of different years of Mopar's as the technology evolved culminating in the 55? turbine engine cars above later crushed The video alluded to there were forces behind the scenes that killed the turbine engine because of its potential success with fuel mileage, simplicity, reliability, etc.

Thanks for posting, both of those are great videos, and far more extensive/informative than the short original missing clip in opening post.
That 62 Dart and Plymouth I just noticed, they have the larger single headlight setup? Interesting.
