Howdy from Sunny San Diego!

Welcome from 7 hours north of you, depending on traffic, on the central coast. I'm an SD county native. Last venture down there my wife and I were in Ramona for 22 years. Back to the coast for good since 18. I have a 65 500 and a 67 wagon in my collection of Coronets. Hit the Fall Fling in Van Nuys this October. Great show and swap. Spring Fling is even better. If you stay with the oe based suspension, there is a great guy in NY that has legit US made stuff for the wear items. I recently got stuff for my wagon from him. @mobileparts

Welcome to FBBO from NorCal Sierras

Welcome from PA. The metal on your car is the envy of those of us here in the northeast rust belt. I have a high school friend who fled the winters here, and ended up close to you in Rancho Bernardo. He bought a ranch house in the 80s, still has it. He made most of the down payment by selling antiques he brought with him from back east. I flew out to visit him in 1996, and drove a '66 Imperial I bought in Escondido home.
I grew up near Chicago and I am amazed at how little rudt most older cars are out here. I bought a 1967 Galaxie 500 sedan recently that has spent it's whoke life in southern california and it's nearly pristine underneath

Welcome Matt.... I miss SD, spent time in the Clairemont area. How's Balboa Ave these days ?
