WTB 68-69 Steering Column Flange to Floor Plate Bolts

I'm looking for the correct two bolts that hold the flange onto the floor plate the supports the steering column. I'm not 100% sure what the correct bolts look like. Every picture I've found is fuzzy and the MCC book doesn't line up with the reproduction bolts.

Those look like the 70 and newer bolts if the MMC book is to be trusted. Thank you though.

This is from my 69 and should be correct as I bagged all my parts.

Good ol' Mopar. I've seen 4 different fastener types now for this location. Different washers, heads, and thread types.

Appreciate the input guys.

Anybody have these bolts available? I know I can get repro "23" ones, but I don't think they're right for a 69.
