68 Hemi RR interior color combos

Car has interior trim code H4C, which means interior should be blue/white. Seat covers are white, so how about door panels and rear panels, white or blue?
Originals panels are long gone.

Look online at the Hamtramck Historical for 1968 Color and Trim guide

Is shows the fabric sample and describes what is blue and white
