It's about figure eight racing. A low budget black and white feature. Just about every 50's cars you can imagine. Strange looking beatnik chicks. The info says 1969 but it looked a lot more like 1961. The protagonist is working at a junkyard for $2/hr. Gotta be old! It's on youtube
