What stupid things have YOU said to NON Mopar owners?

Last time someone said 'nice Camaro' while looking at my Challenger I asked him if he failed spelling in the 3rd grade. The car still had all of it's emblems too....

Nice Camaro.... he he ha ha

Nice Mustang too.... he he ha ha

or as I call them JAFMA for Just another F---en' Mustang or JAFMO for Just another F---en' Camaro, they always look bewildered....... I must say, I've own quite a few of both too....

My former boss has a Grand National... I always ask him when he's going to drive his Monte Carlo to work.

When I had my 70 GS Buick, seemed everyone always called it a "Damn Chevelle"....

When talking to chevy owners I usually break out in song.....Start it up, it spit's and fart's, Rev it up, it blow's apart. It's a chevy, It's a chevy! That usually gets a angry look then a comment like well I bet my camaro is faster than your car, then I explain what I drive and they usually just walk away.

This one has been buried a while now.

I used to get idiots asking about my Dodge all the time..... Plymouth GTX.

Not worth responding to people who obviously cannot even read.

I still say stupid things but when I see a clean build, it does not matter to me WHO built it. I respect a nicely done car.
I've often commented on how many bodies could fit in the trunk on the old cars.

The young 5.0 kids around here are funny when you ask them that got a LS in it or nice Camaro..

Back when I had my 2.2 turbos running 11s, I'd walk by "musclecars" - favorite prey being 5.0 Fox bodies - and just give a "hmm..." after I whupped them.

"Dude, you just got trounced by a WAGON" was also common when I was running my Satellite wagon. And then while they were loading it on a trailer, I'd do a burnout out the gates and drive the wagon home.

Guys NEED the pranks, the razzing and insults to build character.

Years ago when I was a Chevy owner, I thought about buying a 69 Charger and putting a Camaro subframe under it to have the coil spring suspension.
What an asshole!

Agree. My 49 business coupe has a trunk that could hold the Lakers starting five.

All in fun...

Go into a Bowtie or Blue Oval crowd, gathered around some nice car,
say 'MoPar or No Car'
you'll likely get a derogatory & negative response
guys with a good sense of humor will just smile or laugh...

If I do say something,
if the obvious owner or builder is standing there
because usually if I stop to view it, & check it out
it must have caught my eye, or I just walk by...
I'll usually just say "nicely done" or "nice build"
strike up a convo, ask what motor/trans/gear etc. if not obvious stuff
who did the paint, what wheels are those etc.
Especially if it's a young guy/gal, standing proud by it...
If it's nice, I'll say it's nice or compliment them on it...

I'm an equal opportunity gearhead, I like a lot of different styles & brands
MoPar is my 1st love, but not my only...

Guys usually like to talk about their cars
even if they are checkbook builders, they are proud...

Sometimes it's fun to rattle people...
Car shows are full of them, I'm not a big car show attendee now...

I'd rather go to a drag race or autocross, go offroad where people use them actively,
it's just more my style, I don't do much of that even now...
