You know, I thought the same thing. I even rebooted my computer and router and no change.
I thought wiping the Random pictures fixed it.

It certainly opened up a lot more memory on the servers.
Well FEBO is NOT dragging.
It's not exactly pumping either....
A lot faster,no drag for me. Just saying.

Something happened to the IGNORE feature they used to have in the blue circles below:
