Is that Chris Birdsong's father? :)

Normally I praise the many glorious aftermarket wheels offered , today I will salute what is in my opinion Chryslers greatest factory wheel , other then the rare recall wheels

I had my 71 Challenger convertible outside last night and a film of dew was on my Cragars. I took the time to wipe them down because the slightest bit of water on them will cause the chrome to rust. They look great though.

Before we left for Power Tour we tried the dog dish on and off, and we both agreed, plain black Steelies looked way more better.
Even with the standard lug nuts.

Not trying to emulate anything, just curious.

Funny thing, we saw a number of cars running the same thing, without chrome lugnuts.
Just bare bones cheapest way to get on the road.

On that it looks good with all off.. I'm going with just fronts when i find some cheap ones, saw another old b-body here with fronts only and on that i think it looked better.

Love the paint on that roof
Thanks, I really appreciate that ! My goal was 70s street machine , and it was originally a vinyl top car , after a few conversations with an awesome guy , I said eh why not bump it up to street freak status ! Did quite a bit of body work, and then about 10 hrs each side, that wasn’t enough torture , so added a little to the hood “scoops” too.
