To me it fits all 68-70 B bodies with rally dash. Paint according to specific model requirements.
Wrong texture for 68 Dodges..?
These are pictures of mine, '69 Road Runner, have no idea if it's correct or not. Does not have a full 7 digit part number on back. Does have the Chrysler pentastar. Having said this, the last picture is with a radio bezel, should I install a radio. The two bezels appear to be the same. 68/69.

Since there is no such thing as "radio delete", the correct term is Finish Plate.

That is correct for 68/9 Plymouth b-body Belvedere/RR. I imagine the Satelite/GTX would have a different finish depending on the dash (woodgrain ??)

It fits:
1969 Dodge rally dash without woodgrain
1970 Dodge and Plymouth rally dash without woodgrain.
It's not for a 1968 Dodge, they were ribbed.
Plymouth didn't get a rally dash until 1970.

Several inaccurate replies above. The radio plates with 4 screw holes (as you show in your pice) are 1970 only. 1968 & 69 plates only have 3 mounting holes. All 3 years are different. There were quite a few 1970 unpainted bezels (delete and am style) floating around years ago. I assume they were left over stock from the original vendor. That bezel is a perfect candidate for a car that had radio delete with the woodgrain dash trim. These were unpainted from the factory and all that is needed is to cut the 4 slots in for attaching the woodgrain overlay. I have an NOS one with the woodgrain overlay on hand.
