Howdy Wow If I was younger I might tackle this one, 4 speed pedals, cruise, sun roof big block. I would like to see the fender tag for sure.
 
I saw the clutch pedal. Obviously not factory if an original U code. I’d add the 4 speed, even though it’s a cast crank, again if original. Actually… I’d drop one of the forged cranks I have laying around in it. I guess 9 1/4” rear.

I seem to remember that a 4 speed console will also work for an auto but not visa versa. Does anyone else remember that or am I remembering wrong.

Auto console requires a small cut on bottom section to match the floor hump. Somebody in the past was selling on eBay small cardboard templates to make the cut and proceed with the conversion without spend the price of an original 4 speeds console. (Not reproed on those days yet, like it is now)

Top plate is totally different thought
