Thanks for speaking up !!
I totally agree , FiTech is an OEM supplier
And as such IMO has a quality product line !

what a more beautiful thing than to have…..
No gas smell in the garage , no fuel percolation or hard starts when hot !
Dual quads that FIT Under A STOCK HOOD!!
And….. Run ….. What FUN !
That’s what’s it’s all about Eh!!

I've been running a Fitech on my 67 coronet 512 stroker since 2017. Love it. There is a learning curve on making adjustments, but instead making mechanical adjustments, you make adjustments with the hand held interface. But the theory is the same.

I installed a 1200 PA unit on the 1971 Charger about 8 years ago just to see if it would work with a big cammed engine (272/278 @ 0.050", 0.726" lift) with low idle vacuum, 4" at idle here at 5,800 ft altitude.
It works pretty good. I used a factory lean burn distributor with it for the timing control.
Only problem I had was with the 340 LPH in-tank fuel pump assembly. The fuel line was not correct for being submersible in fuel.
The in-tank fuel line got soft and pushed off the pump nipple. I replaced it with some Gates submersible rated fuel line which is a bit pricy, I think around $20-$25 per foot.

I have a 69 charger with a 528 hemi and a mopar performance cross ram. I was told with the carbs i would not be able to close the hood. With the efi is it possible that this would work without having to cut a hole in my hood. The new mopar crossram is 2 1/2" higher than the factory inline.
