Windshield washer bolts/screws

Does anyone have some photos of the windshield washer pump hold down bolts.. My car looks like the PO stripped it down prior to paint and didn’t put it back in place prior to selling it.

We're in the 66- 67 Charger section. 67 pumps are in the tank, therefore its a 66.
They use a strange Phillips head screw with a twisted spline shank. Going from memory.

with a copper washer on 66.. Edit The tank had copper washers.
