Did you soak the bolts?
I always drill a small hole (just big enough to fit a spray can "straw") in the frame rail just above the blind nut and hose them down with the rust penetrater of your choice... snapping off the blind nut inside your frame rail is no fun....

I've been working on getting my parts car stripped and out of my garage. I got to the doors and that is when things kinda hit a snag. Whoever designed the '71 and up door glass should be drawn and quartered... the lifting tracks were rusted...
