When he's clowning around, he's very talkative. Makes us think he has some Husky/Malamute in him.

must watch video of the day

Our sunshine and mild climate are a tradeoff. No big bug creating, mold inducing humidity. I had a great time some years ago going to the AMBR show in Pomona with two of my neighbors. One was a Cape Cod native and the other was an airline mechanic was at La Guardia for a time. The climate...

must watch video of the day

I'm fine with our earthquakes and fires. I don't think there is anywhere on the planet that doesn't get hit with something. Floods, hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, avalanches, fires etc. Take your pick.

    NAPA GOLD FILTERS........... AHHHH NO

NAPA made a massive mistake starting in the early 90's wanting to emulate Kragen/Autozone etc with cheap **** parts etc. They used to be the go to for high quality lines. Victor, Spicer, Timken, WIX, Timken etc. They did need to adjust some of the pricing though as many times they were out of line.

    DOGS

This morning I finally had perfect timing on catching Zeke airing out the undercarriage. These dogs know when the camera is out so I have to be quick and sneaky.

Blazing Saddles rocks. A must see for anyone unless your skin is so thin you bleed out just sitting there.

Has anybody used the Eastwood Contour Sct sander?

I have one. I like it. The various abrasive drums can be had on Amazon. So far, no cons on the unit. I've mostly used the carbide coated nylon bristle drum to prep bare metal for coatings. On rusted stuff it takes longer but thats ok

Hurry up and get it before someone else does. It's a steel!

Reminds me of a 64 Plymouth wagon, 383/4spd $18k,that was advertised as about 5 hours from me. Was all set to go look and buy. Turned out the car was in NJ with a 3rd party broker. No thank you!!!

    Header problems on the 383.

I'm not sure about Doug's but I know TTI's are done correctly. At least mine are. Most of the others I've seen over the years were piss poor. High dollar[ Hooker] down to el cheapo were crap. Back in the early 80's, Eagle was supposedly a higher quality unit. 16ga tube, 5/16" flanges. Gold...

What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

We had clear, somewhat warm weather yesterday so I put the flat clear on the old wringer washer we found late last year. Today I put it together and it's now up on the deck. We'll be using it for ice and drinks when we have company.
