If it's anything like my 62 there are clips screwed into the body. The clips are in-between the seal/body. Cannot remove clips without removing window/seal.
I located the clips with a small pick, and using pressure on either side of each clip carefully popped the trim off.
My 62 back seat bottom frame.
This came out of my 4 door parts car, which I used to replace the rusted one in my 2 door, they were identical.

The frame could be bent, broken, or rusted.
The factory put a large piece of foam under the center section of the seat, but I never understood how that could have added any additional support.
Maybe junior used to stand there when riding in the back with no seat belt.
On my Dart 2 door, I had to fix the upholstery job done when I got it back.
The back cover was too high up leaving a gap and exposing the staples.
Also my lower seat frame was rotted and 'fixed' but I found and replaced with a good frame.
After that, I fixed it without any issues.
In my 62 Dart, converted to a bb, aluminum radiator and factory fan, no overheating issues.
But, if I were to install a new fan it would be the same as my a-body (except iirc the fan clutch would not be the low profile version, so a different part #).

My friend has owned this car for decades, he is a hardcore Mopar guy.
He says it is not a factory altered car, however is was built with factory altered parts.

My understanding is, it is just a floor hump for the early 3 speed, just like the later 4 speeds had 'humps' for the floor.
Although I believe they were not screwed down, at least from the top, definitely not welded in, here is an original 62 with the hump 3 speed.

Rear windows are incredibly easy to r&r, the rear seal is actually 2 pieces, center section pulls out completely.
Windshield is simple to swap, just don't follow the fsm and try to install top first, install bottom first.

I believe on my 62 4 door parts car it was a flat piece with a threaded stud, iirc it stuck through on the back edge of the door, easy to unscrew.
Iirc my 2 door hardtop was the same, wider trim though.

Leaf springs limiting factor, yes, however the 62 rear is very narrow, so the rim can come out farther as well.
