I don't show any resistance in bround, but will check it again, I'm confused on proper voltage. My 72 satty shows 12 volts pulsing, the 72 charger Is 12 constant. Others have posted should be 5

found the culprit ! brand new sending unit was melted on the inside ! what would cause this ??

has anyone ever had a fuel gauge sending unit melt on the inside ??? what would cause this ?? any idea's ??? the yellow plastic piece should be solid ! this was a brand new unit in a brand new tank, I had posted the fuel gauge was all over the place, then quit. fuel gauge all of the place 72...

well, I am starting to think its might be in the ignition switch, just figured out, if car is running, everything works, put it in " run " position, but not actully running, or in ACC position , problem starts back

Re ran jumper wire, still nothing But turn signals work with lights off and key in acc, ( turned backwards)

Well , I ran jumper wire, worked one time, took off grounds and cleaned, still not working , I do have 4 way flashers now with lights on, turn signal will da a quick flash if I manipulate the stall on release.
