Hello everyone and thanks a lot for the input. I found the issue (although I still don`t understand it). It`s the fuses. Fuse 5 & fuse 7 caused the issues (signal lights, blower motor, etc.).

Manual says 1" below bottom of filler hole. I fill to there, "if" it pukes a little, then it was a touch high. I run flowkooler, aluminum radiator in 496" in 125° weather w a/c. By filling 1" below opening, I've never had an issue.
I'd use 10/30 non synthetic.
For the roller cam, any engine oil. For the rings, not synthetic.

What kind of rings used, amd cylinder wall finish?
how many miles on it?
Bearing clearances?
The bearing clearances and type of driving tell us what weight to use.

The one in the Roadrunner was in worse shape than yours. I used por15 putty and many hours of sanding and shaping but the end results are good. I'm your neighbor lol..
I run a Walbro 225lph high pressure inline pump on my Turbo Jet boat. Engine is exposed, no cover. Same pump for over 10yrs. Before I start engine, while turning on pump, I can barely hear it. Obviously going to need a return line and regulator.
