Yeah, I have been storing two used 68-70 rear windshields for years. Listed a few times for sale at $150. But nobody ever been local enough to pick up. You would have to build a good crate or very sturdy box and then try to ship. (Probably cost more than the glass to crate and ship it.)

I had that problem on one of my cars. Use good quality clear silicone sealer like used in building construction. A trick I have learned while doing tile showers for cleaning up the messy residue that squishes out is to spray around it with ispropyl rubbing alcohol to wipe it off and clean it up.
The R/T grille is same as a Coronet 440 grille, but the removable center section is different. Coronet 500 grille is different, has the horizontal crossbar.

No should be a single filament bulb. Possibly a 1156? Look in the socket. Should be a single contact. The tail /stoplight sockets have double contacts.
