After a very soggy Saturday, tomorrow is supposed to be a nice day, dry, cloudy early with sun coming out mid day, and mid 70s. Hoping for a good turnout!
To the best of my knowledge.....
Other than race gas, and avgas, there's NO non-alcohol premium or regular available in california or Arizona, other than (possibly!) a small engine shop, for gardening equipment. (I was told that, have not confirmed)
I had 15x8 4.5 inch backspace Weld Draglites with 275/60r15 on the back and 15x6 215/70r15 on the front. Upgraded to 15x10 5.5 inch backspace rears with 295/50r15 and moved the 15x8s up front with 245/60r15. The rears look FAT. BFG Radial T/A. They clear with enough room on every side. The...
I appreciate that! This is a C class motorhome so I haven’t figured out how to do that yet without feeling like it’s going to squish me lol probably an unpopular method… but I drove a Dakota and I remember the smell of the modifier… and the stuff that came out of the diff was similar… so I’m...
My brother has been mixing Av fuel with 93 no alky prem . 50/50 ,
He has a high compression engine, dome pistons, with open chamber eddy heads. No issues , it's going on 2 summers now.
Damn thing smells good when running even if it's a cheb. Lol
Not totally related. Years ago I had a friend put a Gear Vendors OD unit on the back of a 727 in a '77 New Yorker. There were clearance issues, that were all solved with a little judicious use of a ballpein hammer. Most likely a Bbody car will require more tweaking than that.
I think your seller lied to you just to make a sale. The wider seats are most likely from a Cbody car. As for the metal tags, I'd be willing to bet that the 7 digit part number is for the bare seat spring assembly by itself. Finished seat assemblies with the covers installed will have a...
100LL has about 5 times the lead in it than 70's premium had in it. Mixing it 33/67 puts you nicely in the ball park. All 6 of my cars run great on the mix. The Hemi in the HP2 included.
I am stumped by an issue I have with my '65 Coronet. When I connect the battery, I have full power to all my accessories (lights, wipers, radio, etc). As soon as I turn the key in the ignition, i get a clunk, the car doesn't start, and power coming from the battery is killed. I disconnect the...
