    I got it by the roll. Take the backing off to expose the Sticky side, Then wet the strip and the channel it with a water spray bottle. Press into place with a bondo spreader, then trim. The water is the key.

    Maybe in the speedo unit. Mine had a bad odometer that did the same thing. I bench checked the replacement with a drill.

    Careful on used units. The connections are very brittle and most are broken. There are some options out there but $$$.

    Were you able to get the story on the car. Wonder if it was ordered for the dealer or the original owner? if it's missing the duel point I may have one I parted out a 64 with a 383 hp . Great Find :thumbsup:

    I put a stock rebuilt unit in when the 65 was restored. It has Way to much power steering. The car I'm doing now will get a firm feel box. Also on my 65 the column length is different from manual to power.

    Looks like Tabco will be a bust. Called them 2 times and the guy just gives me the run around. I think there middle men and don't stamp the parts.
